EVA Airways Corp. (2618.TW), Taiwan’s second-biggest carrier after China Airlines Ltd., said Thursday it has ordered 10 Airbus A321 aircraft and expects the first to be delivered around the end of this year.
EVA said last year that it was looking to acquire at least 20 new aircraft to replace its less fuel-efficient fleet. The airline also said at that time it was considering buying planes from Boeing Co.
